Product pages list the specific materials for each piece. We use alloy + crystal rhinestone for our baroque bridal sets and alloy + natural stone for our vintage pendant lines.
Are the crystals genuine gemstones or synthetic?
Our jewelry collection includes both:

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take packaging quality seriously, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
